Woooa. So many things.

Where to start.

Erie, PA. We arrive at the venue and discover the delicious Starbucks next door. Once we’re loaded in I head over, ordered me up a Raspberry White Chocolate Mocha, and proceeded to do some nerdy work. The club itself was really cool; it was smaller than most of the ones we’ve played on tour but the vibe was great. The sound in there was crisp and the crowd was very responsive.

It was amusing to see Green Jelly set up a “dressing room” outside with blankets and tarps. Those guys are very resourceful when it comes to their setup. Bill is the man.

I dunno if it’s the area, or maybe the entire team is on a hockey team, but there was a large amount of people missing a front tooth that attended the show. Rowdy bastards too. Heh. They were all really, really cool though and loved the show.

We stayed at a hotel that night and I actually got some real rest. We did have to get up at 8:00 for the long drive to Flint for a 3:00 PM radio interview.

Once we arrived for the interview, Maggie Meadows at The Banana (Yes, that’s the name of their rock station. So awesome) interviewed us for our Flint show that night.

I have to mention this though; The Machine Shop is probably my favorite venue in the entire country. The venue is big, but not TOO big. It has this really cool vibe, the staff is super friendly, the sound is top-notch, the owner is really cool and digs Psychostick, and so much more.

And we got tons of new merch in to sell.

When we hit the stage, a wonderful crowd was before us and we started earlier to squeeze in an extra song and have room for banter. During the Jagermeister Love Song, a fan brought me a Jager bomb. After that, two more Jager bombs. I was buzzed before we finished the set. Afterwards, I had two whiskey & cokes. Heh. Then a Jager shot. Then four beers. Then some champagne. Weirdness.

I was HAMMERED. I get very social when I’m drunk, so everyone I’ve been touring with finally got to see my drunken craziness. Afterwards I passed out in the van and woke up not remembering much from how I got into the van or when we drove off.

First time I’ve been drunk in probably over a year and a half. Yawr!
