I use BBEdit for all coding (yup, I use a Mac). I do not use any WYSIWYG editors like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. It’s not that I have some sort of “hand coder’s pride,” I just don’t have the same control as I do with a regular PHP and HTML editor like BBEdit. Those WYSIWYG editors tend to “think” for you and add all sorts of unneeded code. Frontpage, last time I used it (probably like 8 years ago) was notorious for that.

Before I switched to Mac I used EditPlus on Windows. Great editing tool.
Most graphics stuff I use Fireworks.
Uhhh… that’s about it. I develop in PHP and MySql. My server is on a Linux machine.
